We offer flexible rental terms starting from a single day, with options for weekly and monthly hire depending on your needs.

Do you offer any ownership plans after renting?

Our service is strictly rental-based — we do not offer ownership or buy-out programs.

What’s the difference between short-term and extended rental?

Short-term hire is ideal for one-off events or quick jobs. Extended rental is more cost-effective for ongoing projects and can be customised to fit changing timelines.

Can I extend my hire period after I’ve already booked?

Absolutely. If you need the equipment for longer, just let us know — we’re happy to adjust your rental period.

What happens to my data when I return IT gear?

All devices are wiped and restored to their original configuration upon return. Any data saved during the rental will be permanently deleted.

Can I request hardware upgrades like more RAM or additional GPUs?

Yes, we can tailor machines to your requirements. Let us know the specs you’re after and we’ll make it happen.

Am I allowed to install my own programs or apps?

Yes, you can install the software you need — just note that everything will be removed when the gear is reset after return.

What video formats are compatible with your display rentals?

Most common file types are supported, including MP4, AVI, and WMV. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to test your files ahead of your event.

Can you preload specific configurations or files onto devices before delivery?

Yes, we can pre-configure your devices to your specs. Let us know what you need — we can even store your custom setup for future rentals.

Do you handle setup, or is that on me?

It’s up to you. We can deliver to your door, or provide full setup and testing on-site. Just let us know what suits you when booking.

Do I have to bring the equipment back myself?

We offer both pickup and drop-off options. When you make your booking, we’ll organise whichever is more convenient.
